Proceeds from this tournament will be donated entirely to Derek’s Dream, whose mission is to empower individuals on their recovery journey while awarding scholarships to deserving student-athletes.

TIME: 12:00 pm shot-gun start, registration opens at 10:00 am
FORMAT: 4-Man Scramble
Dinner at the end of the round, complimentary beverages served throughout the day.

Platinum Sponsorship: $1,000
- Complimentary foursome
- Company banner displayed at tournament registration
- One premium hole sign (1, 9, or 18).
- This price also covers green fees, carts, range balls, beverages and meals for
the team - Each team member will also receive a complimentary sleeve of golf balls
Gold Sponsorship: $900
- Complimentary foursome and one premium hole sign (1, 9, or 18)
- This price also covers green fees, carts, range balls, beverages and meals for the team
Silver Sponsorship: $750
- Complimentary foursome and one hole sign
- This price also covers green fees, carts, range balls,beverages and meals for the team.
Hole Sponsor: $150
- One hole sign to be place at tee box
Gift Donations: $Variable
- This is an opportunity for local companies to donate a gift card (in the amount you choose) for our raffle prizes. This creates a fun addition to the tournament, while also giving local companies an opportunity to market themselves to potential new, and/or returning customers.
