Investment Election

Please complete form by Monday, April 14th to indicate if you would like to participate in the CharitySmith Investment platform.

If you elect to participate, 25% of the balance of your checking account will be withdrawn and invested in the fund on Tuesday, April 15th. You should plan for these funds to be invested for at least twelve months, if not longer. The first opportunity to withdraw these funds will be July 2026. Your fund must have a balance of greater than $10,000 to be eligible for participation.
