Spin-A-Thon Information

Thank you for expressing interest in the Spin-A-Thon that will benefit the Cescily Johanna Wheeler Female Athletic Scholarship Fund. Register or sponsor a rider below.

The Spin-a-thon will take place on Saturday November 9, 2024 between 8:00 and 1:00 pm at the Newburyport YWCA on Market Street.

There will be eight (8) 30 min spin sessions and you are able to participate in as many 30 minute sessions as you’d like. There is a $50 registration fee to secure your spot for EACH 30 min session you would like to participate in.* Once your registration fee is received you will be considered “registered” for this event and will receive a welcome email with more details and information regarding what to expect the day of the event, choosing your spin slot/time(s), how to fundraise additional funds for this cause, and how to get others involved, etc.

Fundraising for the scholarship fund is our only focus and our team will provide suggestions and templates to use in order to help you raise money.

Although this event is being hosted by the Newburyport YWCA, being a Y member is not required. Anyone can participate, all you need is to want to participate and have some fun. Everyone who participates will be asked to sign a waiver before spinning.
