How to Apply:

– A student, teacher, or caregiver may apply on behalf of a student, school, program, or team by filling out the attached application form. Submit to Margot Holmes at [email protected] and indicate in the subject line Devin Holmes Memorial Fund Application

– Rolling applications. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.

– Funds will be released directly to an entity (not an individual except an individual providing music lessons etc is counted as an entity for this purpose).

– Additional documentation may be required (such as proof of camp or lesson registration).

– Approvals are subject to fund availability and may be funded in part or in full depending on availability. –

– The Holmes family may contact the person submitting the application for more information or further discussion about the request.

– Eligibility will be based on stated need and interest in the covered activities.

– Applications are reviewed by a committee including members of the Holmes family, extended family and Sharon community.
