About Kevin

Kevin was a graduate of Iona Prep, Villanova University and he went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. After initially working for Marsh & McLennan on the brokerage side, Kevin rose to become the Vice President of the NY Marine Division at Navigators Management Company Inc. where he worked for more than 10 years. He was respected for his keen business acumen and for his personal approach to building long term relationships with his clients.

Kevin was a loving son, a loyal brother, an adoring uncle, a respected colleague and a great friend to many. His passion for his work was evident and he pushed for those around him to excel but it belied his gentle nature and thoughtfulness.

All who knew him would agree that you cannot think of Kevin without remembering his contagious smile and his sense of humor. He could tell a joke or a story like no other and even make people smile with just one word, “really???” Many might not know that Kevin’s first job was as a golf caddy which sparked his lifelong passion for the game.

When the demands of work were getting out of control, his quintessential mantra, “calm blue oceans,” could be heard by all.

We celebrate his life by remembering how he touched our lives. We are all better people to have been given the chance to have known a man like Kevin.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Jack and Jane Shea, and his three brothers John, Brian and his wife Stacey, Peter and his wife Inna along with his two favorite girls in the world, nieces Sophie and Gabrielle and the many good friends who miss him dearly.

• $300 – Per person/golf includes 1 blue raffle ticket + 6 additional blue raffle tickets.

DINNER ONLY

• $ 75 – Dinner only includes 1 blue raffle ticket.
• $150 – Dinner only includes 1 blue raffle ticket + 6 additional blue raffle tickets.
