Mohit Mulani Memorial Fund

This is a memorial fund created to honor the life and legacy of Mohit Mulani. He was a beloved family member who had passed away to suicide August 27th, 2016 aged 21. He was a brilliant student, studying to be a doctor at NYU. None of us friends or family had ever seen this happen!

As Mulani Family, we want to start a memorial fund to create funds for the following purpose. We have written a book about his story and we blog as well to spread awareness.

The immediate goal is to contribute to mental health initiatives to support therapy options for financially disadvantaged South Asian students. Our long term goal is to build a cafe around the NYU area which serves as a healing space with meditation, support groups and yoga.
