The Susan Rose Bonanno Memorial Fund

The Susan Rose Bonanno Memorial Fund was established in 2019 to celebrate and remember the life of Susan Rose Bonanno.  Susan left us on suddenly on July 27th, 2012 but will never be forgotten by her family, friends, and loved ones.  A dedicated mother, wife, and volunteer, Susan will always be remembered for her humor, smile, and positive attitude even in the face of adversity.

One of Susan’s biggest passions was providing for others even when there was little in the way of financial resources.  Outside of her numerous volunteer efforts, one of the ways which she exhibited her passion was in her tireless work to be able to provide for her only daughter, Anna, the opportunity to pursue her dream of a career in dance.  Today, Anna owns and operates a growing and successful dance studio (Dreamers Dance Company in Dunedin, Florida) where she is living the life that Susan could only have hoped for in her wildest dreams.

The Susan Rose Bonanno Memorial Fund has been set up to provide financial assistance for as many dance student(s) in need as possible at Dreamers Dance Company (www.dreamersdanceco.com).  Susan’s dream was that no dancers should be limited by financial resources to pursue their dreams and passions.  Distributions are awarded on a semiannual basis under the discretion of the fund’s directors.
