Yvonne and Frank D’Amore Fund

The Yvonne D’Amore Memorial Fund, established in 2021, honors the remarkable Yvonne D’Amore, who made a significant, positive impact during her much too-short time on Earth. The goals of the fund are in alignment with three principal objectives Yvonne had: 1) to help those who were less fortunate than she; 2) to develop materials that can be shared with cancer patients about the many aspects of dealing with the disease, which she learned during her own journey, and 3) to help children, especially those who have been diagnosed with cancer. Unification of those goals results in the Fund’s objective of helping children with cancer who need financial help and, educating them, and their families, about the process of dealing with the disease. Until we fully ramp up, donated funds will be awarded to charitable organizations–which we will carefully screen–that go above and beyond in dealing with the goals of the Yvonne D’Amore Memorial Fund. In time, we will make our own monetary awards and provide informational materials that meet and exceed the goals of the Fund.
